Born in Suffolk in May 1959, Steven studied Graphic Design at Colchester Art School.  Since 1979, he has regularly painted watercolours, many of which have been made into fine art prints and greetings cards.

Although Steven paints varied subjects from portraits to landscapes, he is well known for his farming scenes featuring vintage tractors.  Not only does he paint them, but has also restored his own 1947 Fordson "E27N", which can be seen working at local events each year.
